Had their fried crabs and they were nice and meaty. Although I did not like the way the lady who was taking orders handled a customer who was an older lady who ordered the wrong thing and she wanted to correct her order. The lady told her to not come back. They customer said ok I will be disputing this transaction then. Hearing that whole ordeal left a bad taste for this business.

Large fried pairs has become smaller m smaller. The crabs were great and i waited about 15 min. Chicken Wings with crab batter wasn't fresh. I was there at 11am. They open at 10:30am. The chicken taste like old fried chicken freshly dipped in hot fresh crab batter. The crab batter was fresh hot n fluffy. But the fried chicken was just dry and hard. The air was cool and it was getting packed quickly.

I don't care how good their food is supposed to be, the customer service is horrible! When you have someone telling you they're from out of town and this is their first time there, I would expect more help than what we received on how to order. The worker was very rude and rushed us. This better be the best damn fried crab I've ever had because I will NEVER come back. At least act like you want my business and money.

It’s a waste of time trying to support this business. Weeks in a row they have signs up that say no crabs until 2 or 3. This happens even when they first open and you are first in the store. It’s like they don’t plan properly for their business. This is not just a one time thing this is several times over a long period. They turn off online ordering but it says they have crabs then when you arrive you see the sign. I’m sure it’s not an issue for people that live close but if you drive from another city it’s really inconvenient.

The best fried crabs in the 757 hands down. The batter can not be duplicated. I've been going here for years and tried several other places, but nothing compares. The steamed garlic butter crabs and the crab lumpia are all excellent too. The wait time varies based on the day and time.
